Word of Mouth

Word of Mouth is a research platform where reading, making, cooking, fermenting, and publishing meet at the intersection of food and language. It explores how pairing what we eat with what we say can create new forms of shared experience, and develops design methods that use food as a tool for communication, storytelling, and collective understanding.

Alongside this, it functions as an ever-growing online archive- a repository of food-related references gathered throughout the research process, where anything encountered, or made is collated and shared.
