Larder is a portable, fold-out kitchen designed to be transported through the city on a Lime bike. Created by architect Ivan Chan and writer Damayanthi Ponnuthurai, the project brings cooking infrastructure directly into public space, using shared meals and pop-up cooking events to foster connection, accessibility, and community around food.
